1. Service
Seoul Outcall provides mobile massage and wellness services at hotels, residences, and other permitted locations in Seoul and selected surrounding areas.
All services are provided strictly for relaxation and wellness purposes. Sexual services, inappropriate requests, harassment, or abusive behavior are not permitted.
2. Booking
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including their location, preferred time, selected course, and contact details.
A booking is considered confirmed once the reservation has been accepted through our website, messaging service, or other official communication channel.
3. Hotel & Location Access
Customers must make sure that massage therapists are permitted to enter the requested hotel, residence, or building.
If access is restricted, the customer may be asked to meet the therapist in the lobby or another permitted meeting area.
4. Cancellation & No-Show
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, incorrect locations, or failure to respond after a therapist has been dispatched may result in refusal of future bookings.
5. Payment
The applicable price will be confirmed before the service begins. Additional charges, if any, will be communicated in advance.
Customers should confirm the final course, duration, and price before beginning the session.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a service when there is threatening, abusive, intoxicated, dangerous, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.
7. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Our massage services are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Customers are responsible for informing the therapist of any relevant injuries, physical limitations, allergies, or other conditions that may affect the massage. If you are unsure whether massage is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking.
8. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings. Seoul Outcall is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property unless required otherwise by applicable law.
