We had already been taking mobile massage bookings from Korean customers for quite a while when foreigners started contacting us too.
Some could manage a little Korean, while others were relying on translation apps. We were not always sure how they had found us in the first place.
WHAT WE NOTICED
The service was there.
The English information was not.
Once we started speaking with more foreign customers, one thing became pretty obvious.
Finding a massage in Seoul was not necessarily the difficult part. Understanding how to book one was.
Customers wanted to know the price, which massage to choose, whether we could visit their hotel, when someone could arrive and how payment worked.
Those are simple questions when everyone speaks the same language. They become much less simple when almost everything is written for Korean customers.
So we decided to explain the service in English before someone had to make a phone call or struggle through a translation app.
That is how Seoul Outcall Massage started.

ENGLISH BOOKING SUPPORT
The therapist does not need
to handle everything alone.
One thing we learned early was that finding therapists who are comfortable speaking English is not always easy.
Some therapists can speak a little English. Others may speak very little. We do not want to pretend that every therapist we send is fluent in English.
What matters more to us is having someone taking the booking who can communicate with the customer properly.
Before the therapist leaves, our booking contact can confirm your location, massage course, session time, price and anything else that needs to be sorted out.
That way, most of the important conversation is already finished before anyone arrives at your room.
If something still needs to be explained after arrival, you can contact us again rather than trying to work everything out with the therapist yourself.

Most customers do not need a long explanation. They just want to know what they booked and what happens next.

We confirm the course, session length and price before the therapist is dispatched.
No Deposit
You do not need to transfer money to us in advance. Payment is made in person after arrival and before the massage begins.
