BEFORE YOUR MOBILE MASSAGE

What Do You Need to Prepare Before a Mobile Massage?

We’ll bring everything.

Oil, towels, bed coverings, wet wipes—we bring them all. You don’t need to prepare any massage supplies.

Book your session, take a shower, and let us know how to get to your room. Worried about the hotel bedding? We bring coverings for that too.

01 / WHAT WE BRING

We bring the supplies for your mobile massage.

Oil, towels, something to lay over the bed, wet wipes—you don’t need to buy or borrow any of them. Your therapist brings the supplies for your session.

  • Massage oilFor Oil Swedish and the oil part of our Signature course.
  • TowelsFor use during your massage. Leave your hotel towels in the bathroom.
  • Protective coveringsTo lay underneath you before we begin.
  • Wet wipes and other essentialsWe pack these too.

If you’ve booked Thai massage, the treatment is done without oil. For Oil Swedish massage, we bring the oil with us. Either way, there’s no shopping to do before your appointment.

02 / YOUR HOTEL BEDDING

“Will the oil get on the sheets?”

If you’re staying in a hotel or motel, this is probably a bigger concern than the massage itself. You don’t want to leave oil on the bed or spend the session worrying about the sheets.

We bring coverings and towels and lay them out before the massage starts to help protect the bedding. You don’t need to strip the bed, spread out your bath towels, or ask reception for spare sheets.

Leave the bed as it is. We’ll prepare the massage area when we arrive.

If you’ve left clothes, a laptop, or other belongings on the bed, move those aside. We’ll take care of laying out the massage supplies.

03 / BEFORE YOUR SESSION

Take a shower before we arrive.

After being out in Seoul all day, a shower is a good place to start. Please finish before your appointment so you’re dry and ready when your therapist gets there.

You don’t need to apply massage oil or prepare any products yourself. For Thai massage, have comfortable clothes ready that you can move and stretch in.

Once you’re done, keep your phone somewhere you’ll notice a message or call. We may need to reach you about the entrance or let you know it’s time to meet us downstairs.

04 / ROOM OR LOBBY?

How we reach your room.

Some hotels let visitors go straight up. Others need the guest to come down, and some elevators won’t work without a room key. Tell us how it works at your hotel when you book.

If we can come straight to your room

You can stay in your room. We’ll come to your door and ring the bell or knock. There’s no need to wait in the corridor or head down to reception.

Send us the room number and keep your phone nearby in case we need help finding the entrance.

If you need to meet us in the lobby

We’ll contact you about five minutes before we arrive. Come down to the lobby then and meet your therapist. You don’t need to sit downstairs waiting well before your appointment.

If the elevator needs your room key, please bring it with you. Hotel visitor rules still apply; if you’re unsure whether visitors are allowed, check with reception before booking.

Direct room access? Wait in your room.
Guest pickup required? We’ll message you about five minutes before arrival.

05 / WHAT TO SEND US

Book your mobile massage before getting ready.

Send your hotel name and address, the massage course and length you want, and your preferred time. If you’re at home or in an Airbnb, send the full address and any entrance instructions we’ll need.

Let us know if you need to meet us downstairs. We’ll confirm your appointment and expected arrival time in our reply, so you know when to be ready.

We don’t ask for a deposit. Payment is in cash after we arrive, before the massage begins, so please have the agreed amount ready. Our no-deposit page explains the payment details.

For the booking steps, see how booking works. You can also send us a question before choosing your course.
