A FEW ANSWERS BEFORE WE MEET
Seoul Outcall Massage
FAQ
Good to Know.
What should you wear? Who comes to your room? Can you just close your eyes and relax?
Here are the little things you might want to ask before your first visit. Read at your own pace, and message us if your question is still unanswered.
01 / BOOKING & ARRIVAL
Before we set off.
01 How soon can you get here if I book now?
Send your exact location and preferred course. We check the available therapist and route, then give you an estimated arrival time before confirming the visit. Traffic and the current schedule can affect that estimate. You can check our available areas first.
02 Can I book a massage for tonight in Seoul?
Yes. Same-day bookings are possible when a therapist is available near your location. Send us your exact address, preferred course and the time you would like to start. We will check the route and let you know what is available. For a quicker request, use our English booking page.
03 Can I book a late-night massage in Seoul?
Yes. We accept late-night requests in Seoul when the schedule and route allow it, including requests that come in after midnight. Send your location and preferred time first so we can check who can reach you. You can see how booking works before sending your request.
04 Without a deposit, when is my booking confirmed?
Sending a message starts the request; please wait for our reply confirming the arrangements. Make sure we have agreed on the location, course, duration and arrival time, then keep your phone nearby. Our booking page shows what to send.
05 How do I change the time or cancel?
Message the booking contact as soon as your plans change, ideally before the therapist sets off. If we are already on the way, tell us immediately so we can check what can be changed. Please do not simply stop replying or leave without letting us know.
06 What if the agreed arrival time has passed?
Reply in the same booking conversation and ask for an updated arrival time. If you can no longer wait, say so clearly and ask us to confirm the cancellation or new arrangements. Do not assume the visit has been cancelled just because it is late.
02 / PAYMENT & YOUR COURSE
Know what you are booking.
07 Why do you not ask for a deposit?
Some customers worry about paying in advance and then having nobody arrive. We do not take a deposit: you meet us first and pay in person before the massage starts. Please respect that arrangement by being at the agreed location and staying reachable. A no-show after dispatch wastes the therapist’s time and travel.
08 Is payment cash only? Can I pay in US dollars?
Payment is cash only, after arrival and before the massage begins. Korean won is the clearest option. If you want to use US dollars, confirm acceptance and the exact cash amount with the booking contact before dispatch; do not calculate your own exchange rate from an approximate display price. Check the homepage course prices when choosing your session.
09 Should I choose Thai or Oil Swedish massage?
Thai Massage uses dry pressure and assisted stretching, over comfortable clothing. Oil Swedish Massage uses oil and flowing movements for a softer style. If you want both approaches in one session, see Signature Massage. Tell us which feeling you prefer; stronger is not automatically better.
03 / YOUR STAY & PREPARATION
Where we can visit—and what you need.
10 Can I get an outcall massage in Korea?
Yes, in the areas we cover. Seoul is our main service area, and we also accept bookings in Gyeonggi, Incheon and selected cities when the route is available. Check our outcall massage service areas in Korea , then send us your exact location so we can confirm the visit.
11 Can I book an outcall massage outside Seoul?
Yes. We are not limited to central Seoul. Depending on the day and route, visits may also be available in Gyeonggi, Incheon and selected cities outside the capital. The easiest way to check is to send your exact address, or browse our available areas first.
12 Can you come to my hotel, Airbnb, or apartment in Seoul?
Yes. We can visit hotels and motels, Airbnb and private accommodation, homes and apartments, and officetels. You need a private room where visitors are allowed, with one customer in the room during the session. Send your exact location so we can check the visit.
13 My hotel elevator needs a key card. Is that a problem?
Tell us before dispatch. If visitors are permitted but the elevator needs your card, we can arrange to meet you in the lobby and go up with you. Hotel visitor and access rules still apply. See our hotel and motel massage page for more about room visits.
14 Can my friend and I receive massage in the same room?
Our arrangement is one customer per room during the session. Please arrange separate rooms, or ask about separate session times with one customer in the room at a time. Shared dormitories and guesthouse common rooms are not suitable. Read the booking notice before arranging a visit for more than one person.
15 Do I need towels, oil or other supplies?
We bring towels and the supplies needed for your massage. You do not need to buy massage oil or prepare special equipment. Simply leave a suitable area available and be ready at the agreed time.
16 What should I wear while waiting?
Pyjamas, comfortable everyday clothes or a hotel bathrobe are all fine while you wait. For Thai massage, choose something loose enough to move and stretch in. If your course uses oil, easy-to-wash clothing is a better choice than delicate or expensive clothing, as oil may transfer onto fabric.
17 Should I shower before the therapist arrives?
If you have been working, walking all day or sweating, a quick shower beforehand is considerate and may help you feel more comfortable. You do not need an elaborate routine. Try to be ready at the confirmed arrival time; let us know if you need a little longer.
18 My room is a little messy. Is that okay?
You do not need to make the whole room look like a hotel photo. Clear luggage and belongings from the area where you will receive the massage, and leave a safe path through the room. For apartments, officetels and private stays, see massage at your home or accommodation .
19 Will I receive the massage on the bed or on the floor?
A bed or floor area can be used, depending on your room and course. The therapist will choose a suitable setup with you when they arrive. You do not need a professional massage table or a special massage room.
20 Will massage oil get on the hotel sheets?
The therapist brings towels and prepares the massage area, including covering the bedding before an oil session. You do not need to arrange the towels or work out the setup yourself— the therapist takes care of it.
04 / DURING YOUR MASSAGE
You can speak up—or just rest.
21 Can I ask for lighter or stronger pressure?
Yes—please say something as soon as the pressure feels wrong for you. “Softer, please” or “a little stronger” is enough to start. Point to the area if only one part feels uncomfortable; you do not have to wait until the end.
22 What if I fall asleep during the massage?
You do not need to stay awake just to be polite. Tell the therapist you would like to rest quietly. They may need your attention when it is time to turn over or when the session ends, so a gentle prompt is normal.
23 Do I need to keep making conversation?
No. A greeting and a few words about your preferred pressure are enough. You can say “I would like to relax quietly” and settle in. The therapist may still check your comfort or ask you to change position.
24 I am very ticklish. Can I still book?
Tell the therapist which areas are ticklish before starting. You can ask for the touch to be adjusted or for an area to be skipped. If something makes you tense up or laugh uncomfortably, say so rather than trying to tolerate it.
25 Can you skip my feet and focus on my shoulders and back?
Just tell the therapist directly before the massage starts. You can ask to skip your feet or another area and spend more time on your shoulders and back. The therapist will adjust the focus within your selected course and session time.
05 / PEOPLE, LANGUAGE & CONTACT
Who you will meet.
26 A driver comes with the therapist. Should I be worried?
The driver handles transport and collects the agreed payment on arrival. Once the course and amount have been checked and payment is complete, the driver waits outside. Only the therapist stays in the massage space during your session. You can keep contacting the booking person if anything is unclear or uncomfortable.
27 Can foreigners book an outcall massage in Korea?
Yes. Foreign visitors and residents can book with SeoulOutcall. Many of our customers are international travelers, so you can send your location, preferred course and time in English. If you are ready to arrange a visit, start with our English booking page.
28 Can I book if I do not speak Korean?
Yes. You can send your request in English, including your location, course and preferred time. A copied Korean address is also useful if you have one; you do not need to translate it yourself. Use our English booking page to get started.
29 Will my therapist speak English?
Some therapists can have a simple conversation in English, while others speak very little. They are used to working with international customers, so pointing to an area and simple words or gestures usually help with everyday requests.
30 Is the person I message the therapist who will visit?
The booking contact coordinates your request and the visit; do not assume the person replying is your assigned therapist. English ability can differ between the booking contact and the visiting therapist. Keep using the booking conversation if you need help communicating.
31 Will I receive advertising messages after the visit?
We never contact you first with advertising or promotional messages. Whenever you would like another visit, simply contact us on WhatsApp.
